We are advised by the California Department of Insurance that Classic Fire and Marine Insurance Company has withdrawn its resubmission under Regulation 2174 and Senate Bill 959. Therefore, its listing expired on January 5, 1995 on the Listing of Filings. Please note, the Department will not take action against any broker that made a placement with the subject carrier before receiving notice of this withdrawal.
Management for Classic Fire and Marine Insurance Company informed us they plan to apply for admitted status in California in the near future.
